How quickly can you come out?
Most jobs in our service area can be scheduled within 48 hours. Same-day service is often available — just call.
Do I need to be on site when you arrive?
Not always. For storage units, abandoned properties, and many commercial jobs, we can work from photos and instructions. We'll always confirm with you before and after the job.
What happens to my stuff after you haul it?
It depends on the condition. Anything with life left in it gets rehomed, repaired and rehomed, resold, or donated to a local charity partner. Only what truly can't be reused gets responsibly disposed of.
Do you give any of the resale money back to me?
Our quote is for the labor, transport, and disposal — the resale piece is what keeps Stacked & Loaded running and lets us donate to charity. That said, if we spot something on the truck that has serious value, we'll always tell you up front so you can decide what to do with it.
Are you insured?
Yes — fully insured, with both general liability and auto coverage. Proof of insurance is available on request, especially for commercial and property management clients.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, ACH, and business checks. Payment is due when the job is complete.
