Our story
Built on hard work, honest dealing,
and a better way.
Meet the family-rooted, faith-grounded young business owner behind Stacked & Loaded.
Meet Shawn Milne.

Shawn grew up the way a lot of good Texans do — taught to work hard, tell the truth, and look out for the people around him. When he saw how much usable furniture, equipment, and household goods were ending up in dumpsters across the Metroplex, he saw an opportunity to build something his community actually needed.
Stacked & Loaded is the result. It's a company built around a simple promise: take care of the customer first, take care of the items second, and take care of the community third. When all three line up, everybody wins.
Our values
What we stand for.
Stewardship
We believe the things people throw away still matter. A piece of furniture isn't just a piece of furniture — it's a family who needs one, a thrift store that can sell one, or a landfill that doesn't need another one.
Honesty
Fair quotes. Real conversations. If we think you should sell something instead of letting us haul it, we'll tell you. If we can't help, we'll point you to someone who can.
Community
DFW raised us, and we plan on giving back to it. A portion of what we resell goes back into local charities and neighbors who need a hand.
Hard Work
No shortcuts, no sloppy jobs, no excuses. We load careful. We sweep up after. We say thank you. The small things add up.
The rehoming hierarchy
Where your stuff actually goes.
Once we load it up, we don't just drive it to the dump. Every item we haul goes through a step-by-step process designed to find the most responsible outcome.
Rehome
If it works and it's wanted, we connect it with someone who needs it. Families, neighbors, community groups.
Repair & Rehome
If it needs a little love, we fix what we can and pass it on. A wobbly chair leg or a faded finish doesn't have to mean the landfill.
Resell
If it has real resale value, we sell it through trusted channels. The proceeds cover our costs and let us keep doing this work for the long haul.
Donate
Quality items we can't rehome or sell go to local charity partners — clothing pantries, furniture banks, shelters, and neighbors in need.
Responsibly Dispose
What truly has no second life gets disposed of the right way: recycled where possible, and handled according to local and environmental guidelines everywhere else.

about the after as the haul?
